Develop and oversee TVC's long-term sending strategy. Oversee "care" for our long-term missionaries who are on the field. Develop and oversee our short-term trips strategy that lead to effective long-term strategy on the ground.
When and how did the Lord save you?
The Lord saved me when I was 22 years old. My life had been wrecked out as I was pursuing all of the things the world told me that I needed to be satisfied (money, sex, drugs, relationships, etc.)... In the midst of that, I got tricked into going to church one Sunday morning. While I was there I heard the gospel and God broke into my world and saved me. My life was radically changed as I walked away from all of those other things that never ultimately satisfied me.
When did you come to TVC and what brought you here?
I came to TVC in June of 2024. Before that, I had helped to lead a couple of churches in the states. After that, my family and I spent 6.5 years in the Middle East on a disciple-making-church planting team. After the Lord called us to return stateside, we knew that we wanted to be a part of helping to lead a church in sending more laborers to those in the world who have no access to the gospel. About that time, I received a call from one of the elders saying that they wanted someone to come and help them build their sending strategy and pipeline. After seeking the Lord, we knew that this was where he wanted us to come.

30 Days With a Seal. Because what do you do when you get stuck in rut and on autopilot? You let David Goggins - a crazy, maniac, Navy Seal, "toughest man on the planet" - move into your house with you and your family and train you for 30 days (FYI...it's crass and vulgar, but hilarious and inspiring).
TED Talk Subject & Why
If I had to give a TED talk it would be about the reality of lostness in the world - 3.5 billion people have little to no access to the gospel. How God's design from Genesis to Revelation is for all of the people's of the earth to know, love, and worship him forever. And how God has a purpose for every Christian in the world is to play a role in accomplishing his grand purpose.
Childhood Dream Job
My childhood dream was to be a professional basketball player and play in the NBA. I had visions of Michael Jordan throwing the ball to me (not the other way around) for the game winning shot. It would've been epic...
